Really good Hotel Experience

The hotel's breakfast selection was very varied and fresh. The free laundry machines located in the basement were very useful. The staff was kind and always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had, the location was also really great.
Waits were sometimes long.

The breakfast had a large variety of options, including hot and cold dishes. Everything tasted fresh. Fatiha, the breakfast service staff, was especially attentive. She ensured all guests had what they needed. There was bread filled with high fiber.

The room was spacious, with two queen beds and two full bathrooms. There was a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Windows provided ample natural light and some had sliding doors. Fresh linens and towels were available.

The front desk staff offered helpful information for getting around the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage storage after checkout. Claudia at reception was particularly helpful and cute. She provided excellent service.

The hotel is a short walk from Borough Market, offering many dining options. The area is quiet and within walking distance of many local restaurants. The underground station is a short walk away. It allowed convenient access to other parts of the city!

the breakfast included so many choices. i especially liked taking some food upstairs for a later snack. the staff stored our bags after checkout, very helpful before heading home.
the gym was good, but i noticed the post in the middle of our sitting area was a little inconvenient

The room had a mini kitchen. Breakfast was included and had a good selection. The staff was nice and helpful with directions.
The carpet in the corridor was worn and dirty. The water in the bathroom took a very long time to get warm.
